Sometimes after reboot my machine, my Lotus Notes does not start. It tries, but after a couple of minutes it hangs and shows a NSD message.
Then, when I try to run thru command-line, it shows the following message:
05/04/2010 06:35:19.11 PM [14506:00002-3024332496] NEMInit> Calling NEMCheckPreviousInstance

SOLUTION: remove the data of the latest pid that was not closed correctly:
# rm /home//lotus/notes/data/workspace/.notes2.pid
Then run Notes again :) (04/05/2010)
